Before reacting to the next message, deadline, or worry, take one full breath. That single beat of space is where your own judgement lives, underneath the borrowed urgency of everyone else.

Name What Is Actually Yours

Much of our chaos is other people's expectations wearing our name. Write down what is troubling you, then cross out everything that is not truly your responsibility. What remains is smaller, and far more workable, than it felt.

Clarity is not the absence of problems. It is knowing which problem to hold first.
